The creator was prompt in communicating about the design. The cup arrived fast and without damage. There was space in the box for the glass to move around. Some packing material had a personal address label on it from someone, maybe the vendor. My main concern is that the cup was dirty. There were tiny oily/greasy mystery dots on most of the cup, a few animal hairs inside, and some unidentifiable specks. I contacted the seller with pictures to see if perhaps this cup was stored outside or something, but the seller claimed it was wiped before shipping and that I should try washing it. I did sanitize it, and will still keep it, but I wish I could have been confident that the item was sanitary upon arrival. For this reason, at this point, I am not sure I can recommend this otherwise nice product.
