Libbey 16.75 oz. Customizable Craft Beer Glass

I ordered a pair of custom glasses and was really happy with the selection process. The vendor was responsive and helpful while I made my choices, and the final product met my expectations in terms of quality and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, the shipping experience left a lot to be desired. The package was held at the post office due to insufficient postage, and I had to pay out of pocket to retrieve it. When I contacted the vendor, I was referred to USPS. After speaking with both my local post office and a USPS customer service representative, I was told that the postage paid was significantly under what was required—apparently because the box used was too large for the label that was printed. This issue could have been avoided with proper shipping practices, especially considering the high price I paid for the item.
