I ordered these glasses for a professional conference to be used by our board members, and unfortunately, they were a complete disappointment. The font on several of the glasses was noticeably crooked, and to make matters worse, there was absolutely no bubble wrap or protective packaging used. As a result, multiple glasses arrived shattered, cracked, or scratched. When I reached out to Kevin to request a refund, he admitted the font was "not that crooked" when he sent them—so he knowingly shipped flawed items. He also claimed that shipping damage wasn't his responsibility, despite the fact that the glasses were packed carelessly with no protective materials whatsoever. I understand that things can happen in transit, but this was preventable with proper quality control and packaging.
